What is a Hydrafacial?
The Hydrafacial is a non-invasive, multi-step facial that deep cleanses, exfoliates, extracts impurities and infuses the skin with hydrating serums — all in under 30 minutes. It addresses hydration, congestion, pigmentation and dullness, leaving you with an instant, visible glow and no downtime.
Does a Hydrafacial hurt?
Not at all. The Hydrafacial is gentle and relaxing — most clients describe it as a soothing, vacuum-like sensation on the skin. There's no discomfort, which makes it suitable even for sensitive skin or those with a low pain tolerance.
Can skin treatments help with acne?
Yes. The Hydrafacial includes an extraction step that clears congested pores, and infuses the skin with serums that can help calm breakouts. Dermapen needling and our Ocosmedics peels can also improve acne-prone skin and the appearance of scarring over a course of treatments. Results depend on the type and severity of acne, so we'll recommend the best plan for you at your consultation.
What is the Dr Esthé Peel & Glow?
The Dr Esthé Peel & Glow is Korea's most advanced spicule facial. It uses 5 million microscopic freshwater spicules — natural structures rich in proteins, minerals and silica — to gently stimulate cell renewal and drive active ingredients deep into the skin. Infused with pearl powder and volcanic ash, it targets pigmentation, congestion, uneven texture and dullness. We recommend a course of 3 for best results.
What is Dermapen skin needling?
Dermapen needling uses advanced microneedling technology to create tiny controlled micro-channels in the skin, triggering your body's natural collagen and elastin production. It improves fine lines, acne scarring, enlarged pores and uneven texture from the inside out. Each session includes a full face and neck treatment, a nourishing mask and LED light therapy. A course of 3 is recommended.
How soon will I see results, and how often should I come?
Many clients see visibly refined, radiant skin after just one treatment, with results lasting around 5 to 7 days or longer. For lasting change in fine lines, texture and congestion, we recommend one treatment per month. Skin health is built over time — consistent treatments deliver the best long-term results.
Is there any downtime?
The Hydrafacial has no downtime — you can return to your day immediately. Peels and Dermapen needling may leave the skin slightly pink or sensitive for 24–48 hours. Your therapist will give you full aftercare advice so you know exactly what to expect.
