Terms and Conditions

Membership Packages:

Sculpt Me Sydney offers two membership options, each with its unique benefits:

$100 Membership Package:

$100 credit.

$100 Credit towards Body Sculpting session.

10% off all products.

10% off all full-priced treatments.

$200 Membership Package:

$200 credit.

$200 Credit towards Body Sculpting session.

20% off all products.

20% off all full-priced treatments.

Membership Duration:

Both membership packages have a minimum commitment of 3 months.

Membership renewals will occur automatically at the end of the membership period unless otherwise canceled.

Credits:

Credits provided as part of the membership ($100 or $200) are valid for one month from the date of payment.

Any unused credits after one month will expire and cannot be carried forward to the next month.

Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another party.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your desired booking time, we cannot guarantee availability unless the appointment is booked in advance.

If you cancel your appointment without giving us 24 hours' notice, we will charge you a fee of 100% of the service credit.

If you 'no show' or do not attend your booked appointment without prior notice, you will be debited 100% of the service credit.

Payment Terms:

Monthly payments are debited directly from the chosen payment method on the billing date selected at signup. - Payments are debited in advance every 4 weeks.

It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available in your account or credit on your card for monthly payments

Cancellation Policy For Membership Packages:

Early cancellation of the membership before the 3-month minimum term will incur a charge of 50% of the remaining term.

To cancel your membership, a formal request must be submitted at least 7 days before the end of the billing cycle.

Refund Policy:

Refunds for membership fees will not be issued unless Sculpt Me Sydney is unable to provide the promised services.

Credits and discounts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Treatment and Product Discounts:

Discounts (10% or 20%) apply only to full-priced treatments and products. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, sales, or promotions.

Changes to Membership Packages:

Sculpt Me Sydney reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the membership packages, including pricing and benefits. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance.

Membership Suspension:

Members may request a one-time suspension of their membership for up to one month. During this period, no credits or benefits will accrue.

Liability:

Sculpt Me Sydney is not responsible for any injury or adverse effect resulting from treatments or products purchased through the membership. Clients are advised to consult with professionals regarding health conditions before undergoing treatments.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

By signing up for a Sculpt Me Sydney membership, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
