The terms that apply to bookings, treatments, products and memberships with us.
Please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions. They apply to all bookings, treatments, products and memberships at Sculpt Me Sydney. By booking an appointment with us, purchasing a product, or signing up for a membership, you agree to the terms set out below.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred booking time, availability cannot be guaranteed unless your appointment is booked in advance.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Any confirmed appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice — or missed without notice — will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
This fee must be paid before any future appointment can be booked. If the fee remains unpaid and you hold a concession, package or credit with us, we reserve the right to deduct one concession from your current package or credit to cover it.
Treatments & Results
Every client is unique, and so are their results. While our therapists use professional, medical-grade technology and tailor every treatment to your individual needs, no treatment outcome can ever be 100% guaranteed. Results vary from person to person depending on factors such as skin type, hair type, lifestyle, health, hormones and how closely aftercare advice is followed.
Most treatments require a course of sessions to achieve the best results, and any recommended session numbers are a guide only — individual results may differ.
To keep you safe and help you get the most from your treatment, you must disclose any relevant health conditions, medications, allergies or pregnancy before your appointment, and follow all pre- and post-treatment care advice provided by our team. A patch test or consultation may be required before certain treatments.
Membership Terms
Membership Duration
Both membership packages have a minimum commitment of 3 months. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each membership period unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.
Membership Credits
Credits provided as part of your membership ($100 or $200) are valid for one month from the date of payment. Any unused credits expire after one month and cannot be carried forward to the following month. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.
Member Appointments & Cancellations
While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred booking time, availability cannot be guaranteed unless booked in advance. If you cancel a membership appointment without 24 hours' notice, or do not attend a booked appointment without prior notice, 100% of the service credit will be debited.
Payment Terms
Monthly membership payments are debited directly from your chosen payment method on the billing date selected at sign-up, in advance every 4 weeks. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient cleared funds are available in your account for each payment.
Cancelling Your Membership
Early cancellation of your membership before the 3-month minimum term will incur a charge of 50% of the remaining term. To cancel your membership, a formal request must be submitted at least 7 days before the end of your billing cycle.
Membership Refunds
Membership fees will not be refunded unless Sculpt Me Sydney is unable to provide the promised services. Credits and discounts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Treatment & Product Discounts
Membership discounts (10% or 20%) apply only to full-priced treatments and products. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, sale or promotion.
Changes to Membership Packages
Sculpt Me Sydney reserves the right to modify the terms, pricing and benefits of its membership packages. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance.
Membership Suspension
Members may request a one-time suspension of their membership for up to one month. No credits or benefits accrue during a suspension period.
Liability
Sculpt Me Sydney is not responsible for any injury or adverse effect resulting from treatments or products. Clients are advised to consult with an appropriate health professional regarding any health conditions before undergoing treatment.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or signing up for a membership with Sculpt Me Sydney, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
